Yeah - that was the problem. Someone thinking they were doing a good job, but they were obviously clueless about customs.
Most of our orders are still within the UK, so the international shipping is a learning curve for some.

I don't think they'll make the same mistake again.

In addition to customs, that breaks our discreet packaging policy too - incredible.
