I have the inside scoop on the customs issues.

Apparently, customs has seized a high number of our shipments over the recent few weeks.
Seems someone new in the shipping department did not follow our procedures & put something on the customs document that indicated the package contained paraphanalia.
I'm sure that was a red flag to check the packages.

That little problem has been corrected & they have a new packaging method for international shipments that should help.

I apologize for the error & I've been told they'll get your seeds replaced as soon as they get to your email.
If you don't get a response by around Wednesday, let me know & I'll give them a little push.

In a twisted kind of way, this was lucky for you - If it were me, I'd rather see the problem happen & get corrected with a few freebies than with a big order.
However, I still recommend you split up a larger order - If doing so puts you out of any free seeds, let me know.
I'll work it out for you - let them know you split the order on my recommendation & see that you get what you're entitled to.
