If you were provided a quantitative value (in your case, 51 ng/ml), then the GC/MS test was performed, which has a cutoff threshold of 15 ng/ml. The 50 ng test is an assay-type screen. Assays only yield "PASS/FAIL"-type results and have no ability to yield a quantitative value.
Burnt Toast Reviewed by Burnt Toast on . tested positive, need some help I really need some help also....took a piss test last Wed on the 2nd of oct....got a call yesterday the 8th of Oct saying i failed with a positive for weed...they said i passed the cutoff level of 50 ng with a 51 and some change if i can remember but i know it was a 51 ng....have the option to pay for a retest....@ another facility but will have to pay $200.00....should i do it and is there a big difference between the 50 and 51....Help me someone please with some advice Rating: 5
