Grow Lights
I just recently got rid of my 8 45 watt CFL's in exchange for 4 40 watt Gro-Lux T12 4' Wide spectrum florescent lights. I have attached pulleys to the ceiling of the grow box, which is 4x4x6 My question: Is this going to be a sufficient amount of light for a couple clones? I have the lights 4" from the top of the plants.

Since last night, I substituted the Gro-Lux lights for 4500k 40 Watt Cool White Fluorescent bulbs. My next question is: Will the bulbs be sufficient? Also, Do I have the lights low enough? I do have clones in the Humi-Dome, I only started 7 because I am still a novice and didn't want to butcher my plant too much!

concur, looks great, nice and clean too!
yea sprouts don't like too heavy of a light until they reach around 9-14 inches
Im using 5 2ft T5HO lights in my sprout house, works like a charm

You think I should adjust the heigth of the light? Should I use the Gro-Lux bulbs for the clones?

i think height is fine from plants. just have to worry if you start to see burn damage.. one of my lights isnt haning above the plants it sits on the ground next to them.. was an old lamp i had if that helps any ... and it works great.. that and i turn my plants so as not to get too hot on any one side

*UPDATE*
I moved my clones inside of a grow tent. Kept the light at the same height. Unzipped both sides to create airflow. I was worried about the clones, the fact that some of the branches I cut were a little small, but this morning, the branches seemed to straightened themselves out. You guys think that the fact the cuttings were able to perch towards the light, the cloning is successful? I know there ain't a sure way to tell until they start to root, but could this be an early indication?

Set up a flower box/room. Carbon filter inside the box next to a 1000 HPS. Air is being exhausted by a 440cfm(I think this is how it's said) inline duct fan.

Root Shooters have worked amazing for me. So far, every snip I took sprouted roots. These look way more healthier than the mothers, which were ate up with spider mites when I received them.
