Hello all! I have recently received my medical marijuana card, for chronic nerve pain associated with 4 bulging discs, and purchased a few strains along with an Arizer Extreme Q which should arrive today. I am mostly concerned with how i should get started. I had a had experience in my early twenties with an excessive session and do not want a repeat of that. Can anyone give information on the strength difference between say an average packed one-hitter or bat equals x-number of draws from the whip or bag? Any info would be appreciated.

Also, I would love to hear from Extreme Q, users on any tips, hints or just general feedback on what I might expect from the experience, or from members with a similar health issue that might recommend some strains that may have helped them with pain.
