I usually kept my humidity around 50%, and got superb results! From my experiences, I put majority indicas under higher humidity, to encourage tighter budz, and nodes. Humidity also helps the trichomes develop thicker, so again, its really up to the grower to decide what he/she wants. I suggest keeping humidity levels around 50%, seeing as how i got very good results. I am not an 'expert', so if Ed Rosenthal says otherwise, i suggest you follow his guidance, otherwise try to keep a stable humidity around 50% if you want better results.
