Diet + Dilution questions
Testing your creatinine level with a validity test strip would answer that question. These test kits are handy when doing dilution techniques. How much extra creatine is required for you to maintain satisfactory creatinine levels would depend on what your creatinine levels were before and after the water/fluid - loading process. The creatinine test would tell the whole story. Without it, youre just playing a guessing game.Since my diet is High Protein (Eggs & Sausage or Bacon everyday breakfast, Chicken, Pork, Fish, or Beef with Lunch and Dinner) will I need to worry about adding extra creatine still?
Validity test kits are found online by doing a Google search for "drug adulteration test kits".
These kits will also check the urine specific gravity as well. S/G is checked along with creatinine to determine overdiluted urine samples.
