Diet + Dilution questions
Hey guys, I've read the dilution sticky and a few other threads and had a couple specific questions regarding how my diet will factor into the process here. First a little info on my situation.
I have been on my diet for a little over 10 weeks and have lost 30+ lbs. The components of the diet are High Protein, High Fiber (from Legumes), Low Carbs, Little/No Dairy, No Processed Foods and Adequate Hydration. I have stopped smoking now for 21 days and my pee test will be sometime in the next three days. From what I've read here so far the fiber and fat burning may have helped clean me up fairly well, however better safe than sorry I will still dilute so I can get my job.
My specific questions are this...
1) Since my diet is High Protein (Eggs & Sausage or Bacon everyday breakfast, Chicken, Pork, Fish, or Beef with Lunch and Dinner) will I need to worry about adding extra creatine still? I was planning on grabbing some steaks just in case.
2) Should I "pause" the diet for a few days to stop the weight loss? Note: the weight loss is mostly diet, the way this works it doesn't require a lot of additional exercise to make it work. If I down a few extra carbs it should stall out pretty easy (it doesn't take much!). If it matters I am currently 181 lbs (5'9").
Thanks in advance for the help. Another not as important question, has anyone ever tried eating some asparagus the morning of a test as well as the b vitamins? Was planning on that to help yellow it up, just curious if anyone else has done that.
FYI: if any of you stoners want to lose that gut and are curious about the diet it's known as the Slow Carb Diet which is a modified version of the Paleo Diet. It works great and you get a cheat day once a week where you can go nuts (Perfect for the weekend warriors!)Tokeefenokee Reviewed by Tokeefenokee on . Diet + Dilution questions
Took a First Check to see where I was at this morning (regular pee) and it came back positive. Dilution for sure. Been making sure I get extra meat/red meat and stalled out the diet so I'm no longer burning fat at a high rate. Still haven't heard when the test will be, but presumably tomorrow.

Validity test kits are found online by doing a Google search for "drug adulteration test kits".
These kits will also check the urine specific gravity as well. S/G is checked along with creatinine to determine overdiluted urine samples.

Diet + Dilution questions
I would guess based on the reading I did on boosting creatine levels in diet that it should have been pretty good. Either way I'm out of time now and about to go take the test so I'm following instructions and hoping for the best. Worst case I'll have to re-test and I'll check those levels before the 2nd run. Luckily the test is being done through my recruiter and not the employer, so they may be more willing to let me try again.
Thanks for the advice, I'll post results once I know whats up.

Well I straight up failed the test. I think I had to wait too long between my last drink and when I actually took the test (1.5 hours). The recruiter secured me a second chance test, but that probably means the place will monitor me more closely so no synthetic. Guess I'll take another stab at this and if I fail then no corporate job for me. Luckily the recruiter is cool and will be able to hook me up with some other jobs that are less likely to care. I should be able to piss clean within another two weeks or so anyway.

Diet + Dilution questions
Well the recruiter did some more checking on the situation and even though the HR agreed to allowing me one more shot at a test, but since the recruiter can't take into consideration adulteration they decided that there would be no way for me to pass on re-test. So this job got denied, but when one door closes another opens. I've got some other opportunities on the way with companies that don't care so much about this stuff. Positive vibes.
Either way I'm going to keep abstaining until I can pass a home test, then freeze that just in case. I'll search to see if there is already an answer but anybody know how long I can keep a frozen clean sample?
