Clones and the ways to grow them

Hi so I had posted a thread and got a bunch of good advice and now I'm stuck with a problem Ianna ask fellow growers. I have successfully cloned 16 clones of two of my previous OG plants. It's been 16 days and all 16 clones to my surprise have rooted about 1-2 inches and its about time to switch it up. So hers my questions 1 I have soil ready to plant fox farms oceans mixed mulch (I made my own type) ,and 16 black bags to grow with 10 smaller pots for 2inch cube sized Rockwool. I already potted the first 2 clones that rooted faster then any other and they seem to be doing fine have had them under a 18/8 cycle with 3 t5 lamps each at 25 watts . I wanna ask when can I place my clones outside to grow? What would be the ideal time for me to Move them to the shade outside so they can start getting used to the sums rays. Please if anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it and my lovely clones will have a better chance of surviving .

The ideal time in southern California would be early spring.
Put then out now and they will go into flower right away.
If that's what you intend, put them out when they are about half the height that you want to end up with.
