People use foxfarm stuff and have great results with it. I use Dr earth potting mix, add about 30% perlite, and use their organic starter fert, veg fert, and bloom fert, and molasses, its all inexpensive and it produses well. If you dont want to use the organic ferts then get yourself some Jacks classic all purpose for veg and Jacks bloom booster for flower. Growing in dirt shouldnt be expensive or complicated.

FoxFarms stuff is fine. They make quart "kits" for both soil and hydroponic. Buy the right kit for what you're doing and follow their feeding schedule, BUT DILUTE IT. On my last batch, I ran this at half what the mixture calls for and I think that might be a little too hot yet (will probably use a third this time).

I've never heard of anyone using their tomato stuff for pot, but the FF soil and hydro stuff seems fairly popular for pot. And I'm sure there are a lot of other good fertilizers out there.

I run their hydro stuff in coco/perlite fake-soil. Seems to work well, but you do have to pay attention.

    Shake well!
