So I tried to grow two plants outside and lets just say it failed. I ordered the seeds and got the 60 day vertigo and I got a speed one which takes 40 days. I germinated them and left them outside. They never grew very big at all. It looks as if they're starting to bud and could someone tell me if I'm right in saying that and also could they help me determine why they didn't grow so big?
