    my camper closet grow

Five more days, you have said you fill the cabinet, it should be packed(always something, to few to many). But with to many you can pick and choose. Wish you were ready to clone, take a couple off the bottom of each before you switch. The cab growers here put on quite a show so I quess topping can be your friend. But being a lousy trimmer I like chunky.

Shovel, to be able to grow near a good field of good dirt, gives you a nice start, and being able to finish says something about friends and neighbors, love the chunk.

that bubblegum was an indoor plant. I sometimes take one or two out for a photo. That would be cool now, everything is white.

Cat every time I read something of yours, I smile allot. My own little bud is a mini rat terrier, loves to eat pot(not as much as the Danes on the mountain) he won't steal your whole bag, just what you might drop. Two summers ago had major attack on my chicken population, while talking it over my neighbor lady, a red hawk flew between us, ten feet apart, and rolled one of her hens.
So bud springs into action, creates enough havoc that the hen is released(looked like an arrow shot at her chicken house). And the hawk gets his two steps and is in the air. But it's like he finally sees the problem and is now pissed and dives at my dog. Bud runs behind me, protection I suppose. I'm in full camo as usual, the hawk is focused on the dog behind me. A full grown red tail, mad, talons and wings at full spread looks impressive, ten feet away head high. But he's looking behind me.
As he turns to leave, bud runs out for the get the fuck out of here, and the bird turns around, and bud is back behind me. Occurred three times before hawk gave up or decided I wasn't a bush.

Still think we got to get you to a nicer place, I'll swear your waist deep in bull shit, and not the good kind. Hope you've had some good time to get some work done. The ladies March to their own drummer even thou you might control the beat.

Oh red tailed hawks are a pain in the ass! I nearly had a fist fight with one. She brought her fledglings to my bird feeders to teach them to hunt! I flipped out the day she got my humming birds! Had a blaster nozel on my garden hose & kept blasting her down to the ground, then I thrashed her good with the newspaper! I've hated those birds since one got my kitten. We have a field out back with two ponds. Always full of field mice & voles. Red tails would be appreciated out there, but NOT at my bird feeders! I try to keep them chased off.
-- That bitch next door..humm.... She doesn't realize that a person with nothing to loose is very dangerous. She keeps calling the county, trying to have me put out of my home because she wants the property, FOR FREE. Should she succeed in making me homeless, she will cease to exist. I've already promised myself that.
-- Little dogs are funny! That buzzard really took the wind out of his sails! He hasn't challenged anything since! I still laugh when I think about that.
-- I'll probably start 12/12 still in the closet. I still will have to wait till the first to get the heavy duty cord to run the cabinet with. The heaviest I can find is 12 gauge. Hoping my electrician can get me bigger, like maybe 9 gauge. If not bigger than 12, may as well pick one up myself at home depot.
-- Shovel, glad to hear they make chunky buds, they sure are chunky little fat plants! Was thinking about growing a couple in pots & hiding them in some flowers to get full sun next summer. They seem to be heavy drinkers. Been sucking my pots dry in no time flat, so I'd have to check them often outside. What do you think? Worth a try? BTW, when I topped them, one put out 4 branches instead of the normal 2. Hope its female. That would be one hell of a producer! I posted 2 more pics on photobucket tonight. Theyre 4 wks old today.

I like them for outdoor grow too.

12 gauge is fine, for a 20 amp circuit, which seems like plenty, plenty robust enough for your cabinet grow. How long does this cord have to be? Try and keep it as short as possible. I have been a licensed master electrician since 1973. Yut. IBEW.

I would agree with TLR. You are living in a place I would leave yesterday, If I could. Gee willikers, it sounds bad news!

Ok, don't know the amps on any of this stuff, but totaled the wattage, rounding up to the highest #. 650 watts. + whatever the timer is (less than 10). I even threw in an extra cfl (20watts), just incase I decide to use it. 100' cord, having 8'-10' extra to curl loosley behind stuff. Think what my electrician had in mind was shortening the cord to only the needed length. Have 2 100' cords ran to the camper now, 2 heaters, one on ea cord, never higher than med setting, other sm wattage stuff that I only use one at a time. Always feeling cords, they never even get warm. Grow closet & sm fridge (not self defrosting), low watt, aren't running on same cord to try & distribute power evenly between the 2 cords. My electrician says I'm more than safe, what do you think?
-- Yeah, home issues are strange & unusual. Its not just my neighbor either. Since there's no electric to the house (outdoor breaker box now running everything), there's no running water, so I have an old fashioned pitcher pump in the spring. Nearly everything is manual, old fashioned & bare basics. I use more camping gear than I do normal household items. My parents grew up in the wilderness, dad taught me everything he knew from that + what he learned in the army. But that's because its what I wanted to know & spent 2-3 days a week camping in the woods by choice. That really pissed off my mother, who'd insisted dad move her out of the wilderness to raise a civilized child! She spent the last half of her life trying to make me into a sissy. Thank god it didn't work. My survival skills are why I can live like this without missing a beat. I don't stay here just for sentimental reasons. My spring water is perfect, slightly acidic & soft. Perfect for plants & never needing treatment for fish. The soil was already naturally rich & organic, but has had about 40 yrears of being top dressed with compost & manure every fall, 2-4". I'd never find that again anywhere. In 2 yrs, I'll be eligible for home grants through the dept of the ageing, do as much repair as I can through them, then apply for reverse mortgage. House will be renovated & everything brought up to par. The soil & water here make it worth the wait.
-- Damned! I'm REALLY long winded! (Not telling you anything you didn't already know)! Haha!

Shovel handle nice to know a place to go for electrical info plus, going to make you more respected here if possible.

Cat hear all you say, but still think the major killer in our society has got to be stress and you've got a truck load.

Yeah, well it helps if you can keep the ability to laugh at yourself, like today.............................
-- Today was warm, but raining (in the 50's). Not playing with electricity in the rain. Wanted to work on the cabinet, & the only piece of lumber measured & cut was the 5' board to be mounted to the ceiling for attaching my lights. Ok, pre drilled holes, put screws in till flush with back of board, slathered back of wood with gorilla wood glue, holding board in place with one hand, drill in the other, & my nose starts itching & running. Well I have to wipe it, right? Anyway, I dropped the damned board on my head, have glue in my hair & a screw hole in my scalp. Then I noticed I still had the drill in my hand.......yep, I let go of the wrong thing!! When I saw that drill in my hand, I sat down & laughed my ass off. Both cats looked at each other, looked at me & RAN LIKE HELL! What do you have when you've got the the three stooges minus one? Hummmm....
-- Well the babies look great. I had to tuck some leaves first one place & then another to get light to all the new growth. Getting crowded, no room to scoot them apart. Thank god there's only about a week to go to have them in the cabinet! Much wider than they are tall. So how do you like your ladies, short & fat or tall & lean? LOL!
