115 days clean

This is probably just me being ridiculously paranoid...but I wanted some opinions on my situation.
115 days of no marijuana. Female, 5'5" 180lbs, smoked everyday for the past 6 years (with the exception of these past months), exercise a couple times a week. I've taken countless home drug tests, all negative, starting around 60 days...but they were those cheap ones from Dollar Tree. About 3 weeks ago I took a First Check marijuana home drug test, came out negative.
Today I finally did my pre-employment physical/urine test, and after 115 days im still nervous. Am I as ridiculous as I feel? What is the probability of it coming back positive?
