Actually if you go down division to the flea market, I 4got what street it crosses with, but if you go to the army/navy surplus in the flea market, they have pipes, and other cool stuff for smoking, and its nicely priced....

An ice catcher...catches ice. When you pour water down, you can add ice cubes, and they stay where the tube narrows. Makes the hit cooler and smoother.

Hey I actually wound up going to a place called pipesandstuff.com, its right by belmont and clark as well, actually your right there if you take clark to belmont, theres also a place around the corner called noveltysandstuff.com, both have the same stuff, and they are really well priced, I bought a plastic bong for 30, a long one hitter for 7, and pipe screens at 10 for a dollar. I liked the place, and depending whose there, they are pretty cool about slang if there are younger people working, and well most of the people work in that district are high anyways...
but yeah at any head shop in chicago, I would suggest to use words like water pipe.

    Oh yeah noveltiesandstuff.com sells salvia.

Adam's Apple is cool and if you catch them in a good mood they will give ya deals on certain crap.

I suppose if you look underage you will catch some lip from whoever is behind the counter, but ive never been asked for an ID. (Then again I prolly dont look to young)

In my experience you never want to say to much to them they seem real paranoid (typical potheads, lol). And the "B" (bong) word is a big NO NO in the store. I agree with Kryzco's comment on that one.
