So sorry about Mrs Shovel. God I know back pain! Broke 3 ribs loose from my spine, resulting in quite a bit of nerve damage plus degenerative disk disease. I feel for her. Send her my best!
---- your grow room is 2' longer than my spare bedroom, which I plan to turn into a laundry room/ grow room in about three years from now. I'll probably keep the grow area sm since my outdoor is my main crop. Most likely a 250 watt hps on a 6' light track with fluorescent grow lights on the sides for flowering, 6-8 plants.
