I forgot all about "Minuteman Synthetic Urine", been almost nine years since I last heard about it.. On that lifetime shelf life, I doubt it hold up.. All dehydrated urine's I know of have a 12 - 24 months shelf life before they start breaking down. There is a good chance that Minuteman is no good anymore.
