    welcome jembre,
It is up to you. You may continue to use cfl and finish your grow. Usually warm white lamps are used for flowering and cool white for vegging. Some folks mix it up a little and use warm and cool white lamps together to get a full spectrum of light for the plants in either stage of growth. HID lighting for growing usually are 400 watt to 1000 watt Metal Halide for vegging adn Low Pressure Sodium for Blooming. Again, some folks like to go with just one or the other or mix a little of each. Good Growing!

4 cfl bulbs aren enough to do much with. That plant in the second pic is already too branched and tall for 2 cfl's. Either get a lot more cfl's and you will get a little bit of bud or you can find decent 400 watt hps/mh kits for pretty cheap now days. Use the 400 watt mh for veg, you can dim it down if you want, and use the hps for flower. Keep the air moving and you will do fine. I dont know much about the low pressure sodium bulbs that the previous poster mentioned. Did you use perlite in your soil? Your plants look way too wet, let them dry out more between waterings.

if i use a 250 watt MH, is it good?
ya, I use perlite in the soil. I think it is not excess water. I flush it 2-3 days, because I was rarely at home.

    ehmm..
there small plants that do not age as large plants.
and different strains, it's royal dwarf from royal queen.

250 mh is fine for veg, hps during flower will produce better. The price difference from 250 watt to 400 watt isnt much, so I would get a 400. I know they arent huge plants but 40 watts of cfl isnt going to do much

hehe, no plant grows fast. some strains grow faster, but they all take time.
just add more cfl's, you wont have the heat issue's especially in that space. If your worried about getting good buds, then fear no more.
im using 8-14 depending. works like a charm. Here is what ive been able to achieve using cfl 24w 1,750 lumen bulbs.

i agree, high time magazine say using MH+HPS is better.
but i confused, in my local store not selling ballast for HID, i mean 1 ballast can use 2 different lamp type.

are you sure, use CFLs until flowering? how many you plant?
I have also been planted to flowering using CFLs, but is not good.
