Help with seedlings please.
I am helping a buddy of mine with his first grow and he is having some issues with a few seedlings. 17 days since they sprouted and they look a little sick. Maybe a lot sick. (Thats why I am posting)
They are currently on a heating mat in 16oz red plastic cups. As you can see from the photos, they need a little help. Being new at this, I'm a bit stumped as to where to go. Any assistance would be very appreciated.

5.6 is too acid try 6.6 to 6.8 how warm is the mat they like it around 70 water until it's moist if you water until it runs out the bottom it's too wet try a spray bottle, worm tea with kelp extract and some molasses will perk them up they're too young for heavy duty ferts they have no roots or foliage.

lipps nailed it...Ph is critical at this young age and needs to be close to what Lipps said and stay consistent. Do not overwater as this is a common problem at a young age also as Lipps alluded to. They should nearly be dried out and wilting slightly before next watering. I wouldn't add anything other that a teaspoon of molasses (only unsulphured blackjack!) per gal. of water. It will just help the roots get the nutes already there out of the dirt easier. Good Luck!

Thanks for the responses....................
I was told that the PH of pure Coco needs to be lower than in soil so I apologize if I seem a bit confused.

na man,, these are burnt from light & nutes. raise ur lights, they look fine otherwise. Don't feed them Nutes if your in soil... until they are at least 1.5 ft - 2ft... you will kill them..
you soil has everything you need!!
don't feed them anything, wait it out. just plain water until they are at least 12 inches
4 t5 bulbs 40w 3 inches.. that's like 12,000 lumen at least. enuph to sunburn your hand.
no nute
raise ur lights
water only with water, when the soil dries out, stick ur finger in the dirt.
I have a few sprouts, under 2x 2ft t5 HO 4,000 lumen, they are 3-4 inches tall, when they get about 10 inches I will add more light. by the time I am in flower. it will be at about 25,000 lumen

Raised the lights and the PH. Lots of new growth! I think one of them is toast but the others seem to be recovering. Thanks for the assistance.
