what did i do help

hi its me again as i said before i over ferted my plants and the leaf tips went brown so i flushed them with regular water i went out for a couple of hours i came back to check on them and they look work some of the leaves are more yellow and wilting and some are pointing up
what is goin on
need help or a boost of confidence they will be ok
