You can't get a positive determaintion on pregnancy for at least 10 days, and that's not always the case, sometimes it takes longer. Your body has to produce a hormone that is detected, but not for several days.

Hey, man I have to agree with others if she isn't out of high school yet, and had two abortions, then she needs to be on some type of birth control. NO excuss. She sounds like she wants a child, but all she really wants is someone to love her unconditonally. Be there for her, support her, and get her on some birth control. I take the orthro evera patch. I love it, I only have to change it once a week, and b/c its a patch she puts on her body, there will be no doubt in your mind as to whether or not she is taking it, b/c you will see it. If you really love her and want to be with her but DON'T want a child you MUST insist upon this. Life is hard enough, with out the added pressure to make money and support a child. Well thanks for all the support and criticism. Next fri we are going to test for pregnancy and if we do have a kid we might have to give it up for adoption. I admit my g/f has been around the block (more than a few times actually) but y'know I think that because she chose me she wants someone whos stable and wants to actually be with her. I know we're young and everything but after two times of giving up your child it gets pretty emotional. She really wants to be a mother but I really hope that we can wait until we have a nice financial base and at least our own place and some money saved up. If the inevitable happens this weekend and we find out im not as impotent as I though I was. Well then like I said I'm gettin my GED and gettin' a job, already got a nice one lined up at GORE actually so.....
