I would like to dilute myself as well just in case something goes wrong with the synthetic. Like temp. I could not find B-2 so should I get B-12 or B-complex as a substitute or does it have to be b-2?

Also, I got drunk the other night and bought an at home drug test. It showed up a faint line, but I am sure I was diluted because I drink a lot of beer. My question is how do they tell it is diluted besides color? My color was dark yellow? Is that what the creatine and other levels are tested for?
The answers to your question about B2 are found by doing an Advanced Search with the terms "proper vitamin Riboflavin" . These posts will also answer your question about creatinine and specific gravity. You can also use the terms "creatinine specific gravity diluted".

You shouldnt have any problem finding Riboflavin supps at your local health food store. If you somehow cant find any supps, breakfast cereals such as Total and Product 19 (or its store brand equivalents) are rich in Riboflavin (100% RDA "dry", 110% with skim milk, as stated on the Nutrition Facts label).
