yessir that is the one i was keeping in the box I eventually went to 12/12 with all the plants and everything is working out pretty good so far

oh yea,.. right now is the perfect time to do a high feeding, like, 3-15-15 or 0-12-12, or something similar, you want to keep the nitrogen as low as possible (which is the first number)
If you havnt done so yet, it will poof your buds out, also by lowering your light just a tad bit will also help to promote more dense buds under cfl's

actually from looking at your pics again. I would raise the smaller plants up higher so they are all at the same level.(paint cans work good) this will give you a nice even canopy. then possibly if you can re arrange your lights abit to to get an even light spread across the top. you might even need to add about 2-3 more 24w cfl's (or what ever you can, looks like they need more light)
