    help with my autos

i'm going to try my hand at autos again and I have been doing some research. The one question I have is can I start them inside with lights and then move them outside when they are about 2 weeks old? because the outdoor spot I have can get windy and i'm scared that if I put the babies out they wont be strong enough
thanks for any help I can get
