NEVER throw your arms up and say "okay you got me". Put up a defense and maintain that the sample had come from your body. Because the burden is on the collector to prove that the sample did not come from your body. "That guy" has not met that burden of proof. He screwed you big time and did so without protection - again providing that your story is indeed true.
My story in indeed true. I got called back. Was told to empty my pockets in the lock box. Wash my hands then he brought to the bathroom and said do not flush or try to lift the back of the toilet which was taped anyway. I pulled out my thing and it read 98. I stayed in there for about a minute or so and unzipped my pants. I poured the contents into the cup and capped it back up and put back between my belt and pants. I came out. I set it down on the counter like he instructed. It was just enough liquid to go to the black line he marked. He picked it up. Swirled it around, smelt it and told me that the sample was to warm. I said I don't know. I kept it in my hand almost the whole time. He then said it smells like there is tampering in it. I don't think I can submit this sample. He picked up the phone and called the hotel to ask what to do because he couldn't submit the sample. They did not answer so he left a message.

He then looked at me and said you could either leave or be watched while you urinate in a new cup. He said that by hotel rules though if I leave its most likely going to be considered a fail. I said can I get some water or something so I can try to urinate again. He said know it has to be right now. So, I didn't know all it entailed so I thought if I just have to whip my junks out and pee I am fine with it. We go in the bathroom. He says lift both shirts under your chin then he goes drop you pants to the ground. Well, that's when I was trying finagle it to drop to the ground but it didn't work and he goes are you hiding something then saw it and said we are done. I walked out he said throw away the empty cup. He goes to the corner and says you can go. I will tell her talking about the women who hired me. So, I walked out embarrassed and he gave me like this huge disgust look.

I mean I understand trying to cheat the system, but I have smoked 1 G in the past month and a half and because I am bigger dude it stays in me. I find it unfair that this is what people have to resort to for smoking a little bit on their own time and bringing no harm to society. Its just a bad situation because it was a family friend who got me the job and my mom knew about it. So, now I have to lie to her and hope that it doesn't come out. I am applying for jobs and hopefully the quicker I get one the quicker this will be an after thought. I very much think this guy was being a complete dick because I smelt it and it smelt like nothing. The temp was in the acceptable range and he completely dismissed everything.

I respect your opinion and your facts on this board. This is the first test I ever took so I completely botched what I should have done at the end. I just want to know how much information can be released. Will he tell them I was caught subbing. I just don't want it to look bad on my friend. Sorry for the long post. I was just giving people my experience. I am also telling a 100 percent factual story. I would not put up nonsense for people trying to make a living.
