Acceptable odds.
After reading more into it, I def believe my rights were completely violated. He had no basis for saying it was tampered. The temp was in the correct range and there was no odor. I smelt it before I went. He said it had a tampering odor. He swirled it around like it was a wine glass. Also, he brought no other people in to verify what he thought. He told yea I can't submit this and basically said if you leave it will be a fail. Burnt was right. I should have caused hell and left then went back to the company and pleaded my case of this guy was just being a complete douche
