1st time grower here with questions.
This is my first grow. I am growing Pineapple Kush in a DWC system. My grow room is 8x6. I am using 1 600w MH right now. I think Im gonna add another 600W very soon. I am using AN Sensi grow. PH is 5.7 and water temp 72. room stays between 70 and 72 (pretty good for attic grow in NC) have AC and ocillating fan, also have 2- 4 " ducts from downstairs feeding fresh air in and 1-6" exhaust pulling through cool tube. I am 3 weeks and 3 days into veg from seeds....well actually 4 weeks since germination but 3 weeks in DWC. My girls are already getting a little crowded. I started with 4 but lost one early. I am thinking of changing to HPS & putting each one in its own 5 gallon bucket for flower after another week. My sensi grow schedule from the AN website does not say anything about flower just veg so I was wondering if or what type nutes to use during flower and for how long. Please take a look at my pics and let me know what you think. any advice is greatly appreciated!

well, one would usually change to a bloom specific nutrient. How about AN Sensi Bloom? Or GH Maxi-bloom? I grow organic in soil so I don't know what else to tell you. I've used the Maxi-Bloom in soil and it's good. It's advertised for good for hydoponic.

1st time grower here with questions.
Yea thats what I thought. I will get some sensi bloom. Thanks for your response. I guess maybe I should have posted this in the hydroponic section but like I said Im a total newbie here so please forgive me if its in the wrong forum. How about time frame how long should I flower and when is best to start flowering? Does anyone know if It would be OK to flower with the current setup or will I be better off to put them in individual buckets? As before thanks in advance for any help.

I'd put each in a 5 gallon, like you mentioned. As far as timing, depends on the strain, your space and how much lighting you use. For one 600 watt HPS I'd let it veg for a while, 2' tall then flower. For 400 w or less I'd go earlier

We keep disagreeing with eachother Shovel! Oh well, either way is fine -
Honestly, since your only doing 3 right now, unless you want to veg and bloom seperately, I would leave them in exactly what you have them in now. I can't see the entire box, but that's either a 10, or an 18 gallon tote. The roots of 3 plants will have more room to grow in that tote than they will a 5 gallon bucket, so as long as you've got plenty of air being pumped in, you'll be better off, with bigger stronger plants in that tote... Now, the bad news - Having 3 in that tote will get over crowded unless your doing a scrog. So the 5 gallon DWC buckets are more practical if you are only wanting to fim/lst. But if your talking about flipping them over to flower in a week, I'd just put a screen above them and call it good.
Dealers choice though, either way you'll end up with good plants.

Yes it is an 18 gallon tote. I think I will try to scrog. I have been changing the water and nutes every 7 days. I assume I will need to continue to do so all the way through flower. How do I do this once I put the scrog net up? right now I have another tote that I prepare the new water and nutes in and two extra air stones and tubes once the water is right I just switch the lid. It seems like that may be hard to do with them sticking through a net. will I need to take the net down and re scrog each time?

Best way is to get a water pump and just siphon out, then use the hose to refill - Don't move the plants, even now you should be doing that.
