Is there anyone out there that you know for certain has been busted because of an online purchase (using their own card, not a relatives or stolen) and/or been busted for not paying cash at a hydroponics store? Anyone have knowledge that the cops used either of those as probable cause prior to the legal hassles? Everyone is sure it happens all the time... but does it really?
