Sleep disorder

I'm having issues with sleep, looks like mild narcolepsy - tired all day, instantly dreaming when I fall asleep at night, and not hitting the deepest sleep stage at all.

I'm going to talk to the doctor in a few days, and was going to see about this as an alternative sleep aid. A few puffs before bed, and a mild stimulant in the morning.

Tried SSRI's and they made things worse, tried an NRI and I couldn't sleep at all.

Anyone have experience with this? Any strain recommendations? I haven't smoked in years, and would probably vape.

I'd try granddaddy purple - Good for a solid nights sleep without too much of a munchies effect. Then of course pineapple express in the morning, just a quick toke though.

thanks. Was thinking of something like that, or an RX stim to deal with the appetite issues I've already got. From what I'm told, the same issues that are responsible are also tied to appetite, and mine's quite insane as it is lol
