    I have 4 t8 32 watt daylight 6500k 2700 lumens, will this do to keep a plant in veg? Appreciate any advice.

    sure, keep the lamps within inches of the tops. Train the plant for short, lateral growth or hang the lamps off to the side for best light coverage.
