Temperature?
If the collector had bagged, tagged and sent off the sample without making even the slightest stink to you about the temp, then youre worrying yourself over nothing at this point.
The reason temp is checked is because its a "first line of defense" measure to deter individuals from tampering. Once the sample is bagged, tagged and sent in transit, sample temp is no longer a factor.
All DHHS-certified labs are under the watchful eye of the SAMHSA division (the regulatory body of the DHHS), so yes they have to follow the regulations outlined - regardless if its a 5 panel test, 9 panel, etc.
