She's tried everything from pills, to shock therapy and even long term hospitalization. Nothing has worked. Her life is literally ruined because of this shit. I am a Colorado MMJ patient and have found my own success and have found others who report the same reasons and others I am working to find as many scholarly articles about MMJ and depression or MMJ as an alternative to anti depressants as possible to share with her.
