I've had big plants grow in half sun half shade for a whole season and do fine.... they are a tropical plant, not a desert plant, and grow in the shady rain forests well. Do to wanting a little quicker harvest I was moving all in a darkroom for 12hrs. A day. Once they preflowed I started realizing the place a had them in sun was getting blocked sunlight due to. A building at my residence blocking the sun after 12hrs. Not really tree shade throughout the day but at a certaintime no sunlight is reaching because of the building shade which is right when I'd move them inside. Was hoping I could just leave them out.. only a cpl hrs b4 it becomes nightime anyway but was worried the revert back t veg state. Should a explained better at first
hazya Reviewed by hazya on . Does full shade equal "dark" period growing outside? Hello, I am growing 5 ladies outside on the far east coast of north America. I took 6 random seeds from a bag of mid I had and got extremely lucky with only 1 being a male. I put them in a dark room for 24 hrs as I did with my indoor grow a cpl of years back to start flowering and have been moving them every 12hrs in darkness but I do a lot of LST which I can only really do outside and moving them everyday is a big hassle. Ive notived where I have them direct sunlight is only on them about Rating: 5
