bit old to start this malarkey but hey-ho

thirtysomething, non smoker but good cook from the south coast of the UK

never really been part of a scene as such but hoping that doesn't mean I'm not accepted....

don't really drink...especially as it doesn't agree with my meds, so wanting to find a better way to relax...and anyway I'm sick of the binge culture we have here, too much anger and aggression in the air come Fri and Saturday nights...I hate it

but I do have the beach just a 15 min walk away (if I could make the effort )
