Ok, I still can't tell, I figure its too soon, but just so I know if I'm looking at the right thing, the tiny growth that is almost a 90 degree angle to the main stem. That's a pre-flower, correct? I know my picture quality isn't great. Sorry.

Edited to add: this plant is a different plant that has been flowering for 5-6 days.
Dictionary Reviewed by Dictionary on . 1st grow, question about sexing preflowers.. My plants are 6 weeks old. I have a few plants that are growing really well and I want to try to sex them so I know I'm not wasting my time. I already have a few cuttings in the flower room but I was inspecting one plant in particular and noticed some bulbs at the first 3 nodes (places I had taken clones from, specifically). The pictures I have found don't look like this so I'm wondering if its male preflowers or something else. Ps, sorry the resolution isn't fantastic. My camera sucks. Rating: 5
