Drug Test Codes, Specific Gravity, General advice and comfort

Been lurking this forum for a couple of weeks (since I realized I got a job that would drug test) and learned a lot. Finally got a description of my test today, and was wondering if anybody could help me interpret what it means.

It's a quest diagnostics UR Drug Screening SAP 950/2000 + ALC. I'm a little worried because while I can dilute myself out of 50 ng/ml and 30 ng/ml home tests the 20 ng/ml still eludes me. By the time of the test (8/16) I will be 20 days clean, and starting from when I went clean I've been working out 1-2 hours a day and generally eating healthy ( I was bad last weekend and boozed it up a bit). Before I stopped I was (am?) a pretty heavy smoker (a quarter a week of some pretty good stuff for about 5 years with an 8 month break which ended a year and a half ago), and I'm not in very good shape (5'8 205 lbs mostly fat not muscle) so I don't think I'd pass without diluting. I was planning on stopping working out after tomorrow in order to go into fat storage mode and then using the stickied dilution method (or something close).

I was also wondering about specific gravity, and how to keep it up with the dilution method as I've read differing things (tums, salt in gatorade, etc).

Test code breaks down as follows:

SAP = Substance Abuse Panel (Screen)

9 = 9 types of drugs (panels) to be tested - with THC being among them, of course

50 = 50 ng cutoff limit for THC

2000 = 2000 ng cutoff limit for a certain (off-topic) banned substance that is not up for further discussion.

ALC = They will be testing for this (off-topic) substance as well.
