Where should I buy seeds?

I heard of someones feminised seeds change sexes at the end of flowering. does any one know about this?

yes, some strains that are not stabilised they turn hermies during the last weeks of flowering and as a result you get some seeds as well with the buds.....i faced that thing during my fisrt grow where i used fem seeds, cheap ones though (70 us dollars for 10 fem seeds)....i believe that more or less what you pay is what you get.....for the money i paid i am more than satisfied.....
