I received my clearance today and was explicitly told that I tested negative to all drugs. I did not use dilution.

I wanted to post the update to reassure heavy-set people for whom the information on the internet is pretty fear-inducing. I believe that for non-habitual users, body fat doesn't make that big of a difference because there is no built-up THC in the body. I weigh 296 lbs, I'm only 5.4 and I was clean when I tested 5 days after smoking.

I continued to be terrified because I kept reading about how body fat is a determining factor for THC retention in the body. I do not doubt that it is a determining factor for habitual and chronic users and I understand how THC get stored in the fat cells. But if someone is a non-habitual smoker, body fat does not really make a difference and will take only a few days to get clean, in most cases.

I wish I had spared myself all that anxiety and out-of-pocket money for at home and lab tests.

I have a pre-employment urine screening (hospital job) this coming Wednesday, at which day it will be exactly 20 days since I last smoked (shared a joint with a friend and another joint the following day). I'm overweight, have lots of fat cells and a slow metabolism. I took a Firstcheck test 5 days after smoking and tested negative (picture below). I then took a different at home drug test 3 days later and tested negative again (picture below). For both tests, I used the first void of the Rating: 5
