How much creatine you would need would depend on what your "baseline" creatinine level was before loading - each persons baseline is different - and youre not going to know this without testing your creatinine with a validity test strip. You should have a few of these strips at hand anyway when doing dilution techniques, that way you can stay on top of your creatinine and well as the S/G. These strips are essentially the same colorimetric tests that will be used at the lab for your scheduled U/A. They are inexpensive and are found online by doing a Google search for "drug adulteration test kits"

Hey, just an update, it's exactly one week before my test, so I took a first check test for marijuana without doing any dilution or vitamin/creatine loading (17 days sober). I have attached the result in this post. It came up with a very faint line, but still any line according to the test is a negative result. What is your opinion? I will be creatine loading today and I'll start taking B2 tonight as well. This Saturday I will take the test again using the dilution method discussed by N2 and post the results. Thanks again for all the insight!
