Only a THC test kit (using the first urination of the day) can give you that answer. Each persons body is different and there are too many variables to take into consideration. A THC test kit would give a far more realistic and accurate story on where you stand than any crystal ball or guesswork would.

By doing a Forum Search with the terms "drinking water useless" and "water soluble", you'll discover that drinking a bunch of water in the days leading up to a U/A is of no help.

Sweating is hardly of any help because very little THC is excreted via sweat. You could sweat enough to fill many buckets, yet the amount of THC being excreted would still be miniscule. The rest are being excreted via the urine and bowels.

I am 6'2, 185 pounds and need to know if I will be clean or not for my UA. I have been drinking 2-3 liters of water everyday for the last 2 weeks and sweat on a regular basis. I plan on buying an at home test Sunday to see what it has to say but I was going to check in with the experts for their opinion first. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Rating: 5
