Transplant shock recovery... Do I have 2 main stems now?

About 13 days ago I decided to transplant and lost some of my root system as a result I cut my stem about the second set of leaves. The main stem has not grown since but 2 small sets of leaves both started growing up and now resemble 2 stems. Will they both keep growing up? And is this a best case scenario from transplant shock?

I am new to this- but it looks like you just FIMd/topped your main stem (too early- usually done at 4th set of leaves), so now you have 2 main colas.
I don't think what you have done is ideal, having cut them a bit early, but I think it won't set you back so much.
