Will my grow box be able to produce buds for 1 plant?

Im gunna do 16/8 for about 3-4 weeks then cut the top of the box and raise it up and suspend the other light. Both lights are 23wat bulbs. Do you think itll work? I was also thinkin about puting foil in the wall of the box, is that a good idea?Attachment 293481Attachment 293482

That's not much light and you need plenty of air moving through to keep things cool. Have you checked out grow tents online to get some ideas on size, amount of light needed, what type of plant, soil, nutes, do some research before you pop the seeds because if it's not right you're wasting your time.
