Haven't smoked in over a month just recently passed a pre-employment drug test I would really like to taste the reefer again. So my question is if I take one hit out of a bat how long would it stay in my system just in case they do randoms?

Theres no telling. Each persons body is different and there are too many other variables to
take into consideration. Only a THC test kit can give you that answer.
