Growing Questions. i live in UK

Hey i am considering starting growing my own lil crop but i have no experience although ive been reading alot about it. its hard to get proper grass here. we only get resin where i live. ive never seen grass in real life. i have a few Q's if anyone could answer any of them?

1. Which part of the plant do u cut off and smoke? is it the leaves? i thought it was only buds on the female plants.

2. After u have harvested ur crop..(how ever u do that)..is that the plant dead or will more buds grow back shortly?

3. Where can i get seeds for growing plants that dont grow higher than 12 inches or so. im growing indoors and my parents also live here.

4. Anyone know any good websites that have pictures to help along with the growing process or help on growing indoors cheaply....im only 18

Lol!, am 16. Me and my brother have been growing weed for AGES.
First off, if your mum and dad start bein gay sayin 'its illegal no way are you growin weed' lol, well tell them that you orderd them off the internet and that it's a legal weed. Lol, basically just lie. Then when you've got all your lights nd tha up n goin, smoking and enjoy .

But seriously, I live in the UK aswell. I can get ANY weed here. I've smoked looads, K2, k8, white widow, purple haze, super skunk, rocky (brown, or solids) lol most weeds u name i've probably smoked. I can't belive you only smoke rocky man, feel sorry for ya . I mean your friends must know where to get hold of the merch ! anywayz m8, good look growin

If you wanna limit your plant to a foot tall, you'll really need to scrog or sog it (screen of green & sea of green - all involves putting a mesh above the plant & training it along the mesh instead of growing vertically). If you are definitely over 18, then check out UK420.com (over 18s only to register, they don't want schoolkids there) - it's the best UK growers board (and, no offence to this place, but IMHO the best growers board) on the net (and yes, that does include overgrow - sure they got some experienced growers there, but it's a corporate site, and there's far too many juvenile dickheads there). They've also got a store that sells seeds, and I can personally vouch for the quality, price & service (I've got 6 50/50 indica:sativa plants & 6 Blue Widow plants flowering from seeds purchased there as I type, 100% germination & only a couple of males).

naw man grass is like golddust over here, thats why i want my own crop so bad. im going to uni next year so i mite set up a cupboard and just "sea of green" about 4 shelves or something. how many plants on average would be needest to feed only personal habit? like if u smoke an average of 2 joints a day of medium strength. if harvest only comes 2 or 3 times a year it sounds like a shit load of plants ill need just for my own supply.....damn. back to the old resin for now then.

Clear a closet & grow in there. If you've got 6 feet of headroom & a couple of feet square floorspace you could grow a couple of full-sized plants. A novice grower can easily pull one to a couple of ounces of bud per plant - 4 weeks veg growth, 10 weeks flowering, that's at least 3 grows a year - if you clone from cuttings more than that, if you keep a seperate vegging space (say in a chest of drawers) that's even more. You can be self-sufficient for herb with surprisingly little space, if you know your growing - it's the way forward, grow your own & dump the dealer, you know it makes sense
