I've been smoking since the age of 10 till now, and about two years ago, the high hasn't been anywhere near the same..... I'd have to smoke atleast two grams to get a decent "High" and I only smoke high quality buds..... How high is YOUR tolerance, and how do you bring it down?

didn't you hear? cannabis is a gateway drug. Have you tried nicotine? alcohol? j/k
You need to smoke more, better herb or try concentrates. My tolerance hasn't changed in years now. I still catch a good buzz right off. But I don't smoke all day, every day. Just once, maybe twice a day part of a joint myself or a joint with others.

10? who ever gave you pot at ten should be in jail. The only thing I can think of is B vitamin complex especially B12 and high quality fish oil like salmon for the omega 3 fatty acids.
