Another question for you mate! I was just wondering what would be the ideal time for me to go in for the test? I can go anytime before 430pm! I understand the first void is the most concentrated but after that does the level fluctuate or does it go down? Also in terms of my first void, i tend to drink some water before i go to sleep, does this mean my samples in the morning are diluted? Thanks in advance!

Anyway i am in a bit of a pickle, i have a drug test on Wednesday which will be my 21st days clean. I have been lurking around on multiple forums and especially this one.
