The government does not want to legalize Marijuana or it shows they lost the war on drugs so why canā??t we bring it to a vote? This way THE PEOPLE tell the government they lost the war on drugs and that we the people never wanted this war on Marijuana. America is a democracy but I do not understand how 3 out of 4 people would vote yes but this vote has never been given to the Rating: 5
