Hello â?¦please read what I have to say and give me your opinion â?¦Iâ??ve smoked everyday 2-3time per day for months now right. Today is day one of being sober and trying to rid my system of thc. However im not your average Joeâ?¦in the past I played football, wrestled ect so im planning of using EXTREME diet and exercise to quickly rid thc from fatâ?¦Im talking a %100 clean diet involving ONLY clean food such as grilled meat, veggies, clean carbs such as oatmeal and NO FATs! Exercise includes gym/sauna (twice a day)(atleast 30min per sauna session) and cardio (about 5miles a day) â?¦â?¦that being said I plan on being clean in 15 days! ---note I weight 180lb now however in 15 days ill weight an estimated 165lbs from mostly fat lost. And I drink a gallon a dayâ?¦â?¦..So what do YOU think about my plan ? :rasta:
