A) Any time you cut a plant, it will focus all of its energy on the repair of that cut, this is why we HIGHLY suggest you take your last cut 2 weeks BEFORE you start to flower. Your clones you took after you started to flower should be fine, but you did delay your flowering time by about 2 weeks.

B) You don't have enough light on that plant. In both pictures your plant is just shadowed, you have that super tall cola coming up, and you have light on that, but the rest of the plant is dark, your going to force it to hermie and grow balls, gotta straighten your lighting out, if your only going to flower with 1 200 watt bulb, then keep your plant a bit shorter, or disperse your lighting a bit more effectively.

C) Don't worry about odor, some strains are VERY stinky and sticky, others aren't so much even smelly. Don't worry about that, your not even sure what your growing

So to summarize, just let your plant focus on healing for the moment, you'll see more growth, but I would highly advise either more light, or a better disbursement of light.
