With the research I have done there is no definitive answers on hair testing. A lite or passive smoker may not show any metabolites when a heavy smoker would however, there are so many factors that are involved that the research is not yet available. Sorry going through the same and it sucks! cc

I've been smoking regularly for the past few months and all of june smoked everyday anywhere from 1-5 bowls, went on vacation first week of july and smoked pretty much the whole time there. On the 12th I found out I had a hair test and quit immediately (clean for a week as of yesterday) and started doing research. I shaved my body and got a buzz cut (littler over 1/2 in. long now).
