I think I have my body hair covered because I diabetes after the 9th day and letting it grow back, its my head I'm worried about. How long would it take to get out of the finger nails? They did not specify on hair length so I could claim I didn't know "its how I keep it"

I've been smoking regularly for the past few months and all of june smoked everyday anywhere from 1-5 bowls, went on vacation first week of july and smoked pretty much the whole time there. On the 12th I found out I had a hair test and quit immediately (clean for a week as of yesterday) and started doing research. I shaved my body and got a buzz cut (littler over 1/2 in. long now). what is the minimum i can wait between bleaches?

lol just noticed there was a typo, diabetes is suppose to be shaved (auto spell on phone). would I be safe using facial hair even though its not treated, I shaved on the 9th day clean

Just an update, I did my second bleach today and will dye it back tomorrow. I washed it out with Neutrogena T-sal and PM3 after doing the 1st 3 steps of the mac (my hair is almost white). With my background will 2 bleaches be sufficient or should I do more? I have a job interview for another company monday but doesn't seem as good as my current offer so hopefully I'll pass the test. Would delaying the test 4 days make much of a difference? I ask because I planned on going on vacation but might have to miss it if I take the test on 8/5 instead of 8/1.
Current plan is to continue doing the mac until test day then on test day use zydot instead of PM3. If I feel like i can afford/ need another bleach I might but I don't think I will

With the research I have done there is no definitive answers on hair testing. A lite or passive smoker may not show any metabolites when a heavy smoker would however, there are so many factors that are involved that the research is not yet available. Sorry going through the same and it sucks! cc
